Naturepedic makes two different coil counts for their Organic Cotton Classic crib mattresses. They have a required MSRP of $259 for the 150 coil and $299 for the 252 coil mattress.

If you find someone else selling a Naturepedic crib mattress for $259, it is most likely a 150 coil mattress, regardless of what their web copy states. If you find someone who is truly selling a 252 coil crib mattress for $259 or less, please contact us and let us know. We’ll be happy to give you the same price.
Also beware of a price such as $219 for a Naturepedic No-Compromise crib mattress. It is not organic and it is not GreenGuard certified. Naturepedic has discontinued their non-organic cotton crib mattresses, but there may still be some out there.
