Seminar Refund Policy
If a registration is cancelled earlier than
two weeks prior to the start of the seminar,
100% of the tuition will be refunded, minus a $20 cancellation fee. Student
can alternatively choose to transfer this
tuition to another scheduled seminar. For
cancellations within two weeks prior to the
start of the seminar, 50% of the tuition will
be refunded or 100% of the tuition can be
transferred to another seminar.
Holistic Pediatric Training must be notified
of cancellation by phone or email at least
24 hours prior to start of seminar to receive
a refund. After a seminar begins, no refunds
will be issued.
Holistic Pediatric Training reserves the
right to cancel a seminar due to low attendance
or unforeseen circumstances. In the event
that a seminar is cancelled by Holistic Pediatric
Training, we will refund the full amount paid
or registrants can choose to transfer tuition
to another scheduled seminar.
