If you want to return the unit under the 30-day money back guarantee, please contact us and include your name, address and phone number, the unit’s serial number, proof of purchase (purchase order number) and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return address. The Return Authorization number must be printed legibly and large enough to be easily seen on the outside of the return package. If there is no RA number on the package, delivery will be refused. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipment and a $25 restocking fee. Returns must be received within 30 days of when customer received order.
Warranty Issues within 30 Days
For a return due to defective unit/filter or damaged/scratched unit – We will issue a call tag to have unit picked up, and ship replacement unit at no additional cost to customer. If customer does not want a replacement unit, customer must pay shipping back to Austin Air and pay the $25 restocking fee.
5-Year Mechanical Warranty
Your Austin Air cleaner is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5-years from the date of purchase; provided your Austin air cleaner was operated under normal residential use and that you have completed and returned your warranty registration to Austin Air Systems.
